Two parts: optional prep sessions before the event, and the full hackathon-day timeline.

Optional virtual prep sessions the week before. None are required — they're just a head start.
Venue hours: Saturday 8 AM–11 PM, Sunday 8 AM–5 PM. Hacking runs continuously during those hours alongside a few day-of workshops and scheduled prayer and meal breaks — then continues remotely overnight until the venue reopens Sunday morning. Times are tentative.
